Gazelle A... Bouwjaar

Hello to all,
This is very quick question...

I bought a Gazelle A and would like to know for sure what is the year of production. I know it should be from 1962, 1963, maybe 1964.
But with your help, I will know for sure.

The frame number is 1690038
The bike is a Singlespeed Coaster-Brake, with a PERRY Hub (England).
It also features a Koets B rear light as usual.

I've seen some posts here at oudefiets with the same questions.

Do you know what was the first Gazelle frame number from 1963, and the first frame number from 1964? Or the last frame number from 1962 and the last one from 1963?
