hello everyone ! since i am not dutch and do have no command in dutch language at all, i hope you don´t think it is too impolite asking you this question in english. i am about to have a vintage men´s gazelle trimsport and apparently the bottom bracket seems to be broken or at least worn. is it the same as in any other classic style gazelle frame like the tour populaire ? i would be very very thankful if you could help me out with this information or an information on how i could purchase a fitting bottom bracket for this wonderful bike.

It seems I've the same problem. I think the bike has a transfer below the saddle with the wording "Gazelle met kogellagers". For such a bike I'm looking for a bottom bracket with shaft. Only the shaft would be very helpful. If I find an adress who has some of these bottom brackets in stock, I will contact you, if you are still looking. Failure of the brackets happens regularly; mine broke down after 37 years ...
