Introducing myself from US in Croatia

Hi All,
It is great to have found this wonderful place of knowledge. My main home is in the US but I spend half my time here in Croatia. I have been collecting bikes for over the past two years to start an international bicycle museum in the US in my home town of Port Townsend in the State of Washington. I have been collecting bikes from the years 1868 to 1968. I only have one Dutch bike at the moment, A 1940 lady's Fongers that I found in an old garage in Port Townsend. I have had that bike for many years. I am in the process of buying another Dutch bike but I do not know what it is. I am guessing it is between 1946 and 1950 because of features. It has a first generation Mosquito engine attached. It also has a very unique rear suspension that I hope someone here will recognize. any help identifying this bike would be greatly appreciated.
