Tricycle with rear basket

Hello and sorry for not writing in Dutch! This is my first post in this forum.

My brother, who is professional in the field of mechanics and automotive (he is graduate as an aeronautical engineer) recommended me to ask for advices on Dutch forums for the below subject, given the Dutch experience, passion and tradition with bikes.

I'm looking for a classic "grandma" style tricycle for shopping with a rear basket. I live in Western Romania and I need it for periodically (every five to ten days) going from the village where I live (Ciacova) to the next big city (Timișoara), at 34 km distance. The terrain is mostly flat, with some very low level differences and three bridges which requires some effort, especially when the tricycle's basket is heavily charged. Presently I use a tricycle with only one gear and a bad design and the great problem is the wind, which at least once - either when going or returning (butoften in both cases, as it changes direction at some point during the day) - blows strongly from front, which makes the journey to take anywhere from four to seven hours only at one way.

I would prefer to be an electric tricycle but a non-electric one is also a solution. If electric, I would accept to buy only a new one. The requirements are to have the rear wheels of 24 or 26 inches (smaller would mean a too big effort), the basket to be large enough - at least 50 cm long - and the tricycle to not be heavier than 35 kg. Budget: 600-1000 euro.

What I would like to know is some brands that you consider are trustfully and if it happens for you to know, some actual announcements or online store offers of new or used tricycles that you consider are a good choice to buy.

Can you help me with this info? If not, or if this forum is not the proper place to ask these, can you recommend me another Dutch forum?
