I have a bike in france that seems very similar of your, specially the frame. The wheel are also painted in black with the same design than the frame.

however, it has been restored and some parts are not from the origin.

I just took the picture of the green bike as example to see if it was the same model than mine. As asterduc told me it is a short bike, I measured the frame this week end. The size is not 60cm but 57 cms. I found also two inscriptions on the frame the first is on the left size of the frame 1181BN35 ...

this could be the original model ?
I found this picture on the internet and I would like to know if this could be the original type of the bike.
